Process of Making the Perforated Trays -
1. Cutting the Sheets as per Size.
2. Polishing the Sheets - Mirror Or Matt as required. (SS Sheets)
3. Marking Borders for Perforation. (EXCLUDING the BORDERs and Bending Margins.
4. Sending the Material to Factory.
5. Perforation of Sheets - 5mm / 6mm holes (videly used)
6. After the Sheets are done with perforation, we need to straigten them, as punching is done by tool set and tend to develop slight curvy margins.
7. Buffing the Sheets (Perforated) Area - Mirror or Matt.
8. Cutting the Sheets for borders with margin safety.
9. Perforated Trays will Be done with bending.
10. Welding needs to be performed into the 4 corners of the Perforated Tray.
11. We use Stainless Steel Superon 308L welding rods to welding of the goods.
12. Grinding with Buffing papers all the four corners of the Perforated Trays on the inside.
13. Perforated Trays - Final Couch up needs to be Done. by cleaning the black spots of the welding marks.
14. FINAL Inspection of the Perforted Trays to Be Done.
15. Da - Da - Great Quality Perforted Trays are Ready to be Dispatched.

4 - CHEMICAL DYE AND PIGMENTATION.
5 - PANNER DRYING INDUSTRIES TO REMOVE THE EXCESS WATER FROM THE PROCESS.
6 - BAKING INDUSTRIES FOR MAKING TOAST.
