Process of making / Manufacturing Copper Bar.
1] Copper ore (sulfide or oxide) is mined and processed through crushing, grinding, and flotation to create a concentrate containing about 30% copper
2] Pure copper is melted and poured into molds to create bars, which can be done using continuous casting methods.
Chemical Properties:
1]Second only to silver, copper has the highest electrical conductivity of any non-precious metal, making it essential for electrical busbars and motor.
2]It exhibits excellent heat transfer, which is valuable for cooling applications.
3] Copper surfaces can destroy bacteria, making them suitable for specialized, hygienic environments.
4]The melting point of pure copper is 1075C (1986F).
