Produced through Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) or Extrusion, followed by Cold Drawing to achieve precise dimensions. The final product is often Annealed in a furnace to make it soft and flexible (O-temper) for easy winding.
A Bare Aluminium Strip is a flat, thin piece of aluminum in its natural, uncoated form. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and commonly used in electrical, automotive, construction, and packaging applications.
Chemical Composition of Bare Aluminium Strip: Usually 99.5% to 99.6% Aluminum (EC Grade). Small traces of Silicon, Iron, and Copper are controlled to maintain conductivity.

Process of making / Manufacturing of Coated Aluminium Strip.
The strip is degreased and cleaned to remove oils.
A chemical conversion layer (like chromate-free pretreatment) is applied to enhance adhesion.
A base layer is applied to provide corrosion resistance.
The finish coat (PVDF, PE, or Epoxy) is applied.The strip passes through a high-temperature oven to bake the coating.
